Practice Changes Week of February 5, 2012
There are a few changes toward the end of the week due to a number of meets this weekend:
Friday Feb 10th: Sr Gold and Blue Plus – 4:15 – 6 pm
(No Dryland training )
Jr and Sr Blue – No practice
(Coaches will be traveling to Lancaster this evening in preparation for the Lititz Cup. )
Saturday February 11th: Sr Blue – 8 – 9:30 am
(Sr Blue Plus and Sr Gold are REGULAR TIME)
